Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
The staff were exceptionally friendly and check-in was prompt with a delightful complimentary breakfast upon arrival. The location was tranquil yet close to the vibrant town square, making for a comfortable stay.
Accessibility may be challenging due to the uphill walk from the town center. Additionally, the noise from the corridor could disrupt sleep during early mornings.

I had a pleasant stay at Solace Hotel, where the spacious Junior Suite King provided a comfortable environment for work. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped business center and multiple meeting rooms capable of accommodating up to 230 persons. The convenient location allowed easy access to downtown attractions, and the breakfast featured an impressive variety of fresh options.
The closet door alignment with the bathroom door was a minor inconvenience.

The Junior Suite Twin was super comfy with nice beds and pillows. We had great views through big windows, but it was a bummer that they were clouded over. The shower was solid and the breakfast had a ton of options, although the coffee could've been stronger. One downside was the noise from the corridor. we got woken up early by a group leaving. Overall, it was a nice stay, would recommend it!

Just a solid pick for a holiday in Puerto Varas and great for the money. The breakfast had an impressive variety of fresh options that made mornings enjoyable. To avoid inconvenience, it’s smart to ask for extra keys right at check-in.

Great spot for breakfast!
We had a super spacious room and the breakfast was unreal—so many options! The views of the church were nice too. Just a heads-up, the heating in our room took a minute to kick in, so it was a bit chilly at first. Loved the healthy bites at breakfast. Nice vibe overall!

During our stay, we enjoyed easy access to the fine costanera and harbor walk while making the hotel our home base. The breakfast was good, featuring a variety of options that kept our family satisfied, even my niece’s picky palate.
In my wife’s opinion, a few more family-friendly meals would be great.
